Preferred Employer Program

As a Preferred Employer your company will have its company name and/or logo on Career Management Center flyers and brochures, and you will have guaranteed registration at our annual career fairs.

Quality of Hire Program & Employer Partner Program

Our Quality of Hire Program results in students attaining the "Certified Candidate" designation. In order to attain the "Certified Candidate" designation, students and alumni must have a 3.5 GPA or above; pass a communication evaluation; score well on a work-assessment, which measures ten characteristics and five behaviors required for success, such as leadership skills, assertiveness and ethical standards; have their resume reviewed by their Career Advisor; attend our Getting a Job series of workshops, which teach them how to present themselves professionally, and market themselves effectively; and attend an etiquette lunch.

As an Employer Partner, your company will not only gain first access to our Certified Candidates, but you will also receive your name and/or logo on Career Management Center flyers and brochures, guaranteed registration at our annual career fairs, a premier career fair location, and sign exposure at career fairs. Your company will also be listed in our alumni newsletter as a sponsor.
