Steps for Co-op Renewal
Step 1.aDownload Work Term Evaluation (WTE) form and submit to the CMC.
For StuartDownload WTE form - Employer and submit to the CMC.
Download WTE form - Students and submit to the CMC.
*Step 1.bDownload Academic Standing Exemption form (Main Campus students only) and submit to the CMC if you are a graduate student and your GPA is below 3.0.
Step 2.Complete your online co-op renewal form / co-op extension form.
Step 3.After the CMC receives your WTE, Academic Standing Exemption form (if applicable) and online co-op renewal application, it will process your co-op renewal and send an approval by email. Allow at least 2 business days for your renewal to be processed.
Step 4.After you receive CMC approval by email, register for co-op course.
International students only:
Note: The CMC will forward your co-op renewal to the International Center and the International Center will process your co-op renewal ONLY after you register for the co-op course.
Step 5.After you receive International Center approval by email pick up your updated I-20 Work Authorization.

Important Notice
All Student applying for a Co-op or internship must get their Alternate Pin# from the office of Registrar before meeting with a Counselor !
